The Self Concept of People
Some people think being a thinker really isn't of value unless I have a relationship to a political project. And I'm using my thinking in some way to advance that. So give me some examples. Like in STEM, at least there are the people who see rigor as the central defining characteristic and so if they don't have rigorous methods or vocabulary for a topic, they just set it aside as not my thing. That's one kind of self concept. Another kind is the activist concept.
