How to Communicate With Your Customers and Employees

If you don't have a very specific way to communicate things and make it very clear to everybody exactly what's expected of everybody else, youre goin to have huge problems. Follow up with every conversation with an email. So many people complicate things and expect a way too much out of people. I'm a huge offender when it comes to over complicating things. It is a fact that the best employees can only do five jobs well. If they're going to do everything poorly, thy're going to be fired. And as a boss,  don't want to get rid of anyone who doesn't know how to achieve your goals without asking those questions.
