Golf Coaches - What Are Your Biases?

I wasn't particularly good driver of the ball and so sometimes when I see players take driver out I think oh don't know if that's the shot. It was really clear that you know the bias of a particular scout who was a hardworking centimeter field order box-to-box round all day. We had to try and start to get past that but biases are there for a reasonReally we know that you know a lot of the time they keep us alive But it was about can you just recognize that we have them and then try and value every individual for the performances what we actually see in a player against an identified philosophy about how we're going to play.
