Work Life Balance - A Life Hack
Meal plan: spend one hour a week or maybe even 30 minutes a week planning what meals I want for that week. Don't stock unhealthy snacks in your cupboard, if you want to avoid them anyway. Set strict boundaries with yourself and make sure you always have some time each day to relax and not work. Have the same habit for study each day - don't rely on motivation.
