Excentric Exercise
Eccentric exercise has been consistently shown to create greater microscopic damage than the concentric excise. The body then has to raise its metaol right for the next couple of days as it repairs itself. And therefore your metabolic right is elevated for a prolonged period of time. It also increases flexibility, it increases muscle mass, bone density strength. Is a highly effective exercise. So that's the science. Let's check in with marie at the end of the week.
