How Do You Make Your Private Equity Firm More Valuable?
A private equity firm usually has a five or sometimes under your timeline, how do they generate a return so that their valuation is going to be higher at sale? That's a good question. How do you make it more valuable? I would say to evaluate the profitability of a business, we can look into several major buckets. So basically, if we want to expand its customer base, then we can potentially have more chain stores in other locations other than southeastern US. And then second is about the products and the services that we offer. Currently we are offering the food and the merchandise and other theme related products.
