"I'm a firm believer in what you said about how like your brain dwells on things and for me personally it seems to be the last thing I did before I went to bed so every night I've been reading small steps for 15 minutes and trying to let my brain wrestle with these really difficult things that he's talking about," she says. "So that was just one day wow wow that's uh that's crazy but but But then I continued my lay in bed at the end of the night reading small steps to giant improvement."
