Unreal Engine 5

The Unreal Engine 5 demo that they did for the first time is more about asset access. The city from the Matrix awakens is like, on the epic store as assets. That's one of the reasons why Unreal Engine 5 is like, the newer features are next-gen only Because it's so dependent on that stuff and also why I think it's not on PC.
