Is the Securities Act Section Two, One, B a One Definition of a Security?
The CFTC is already enforcing to the fullest extent of our authority. The little guy, and I've seen this folks generational, they fervently believe in Bitcoin. So essentially what we're asking is what qualifies as a security. There are two bipartisan bills currently pending in Congress that are working diligently.
