Is It a Safety Consideration?
Arsene Wenger is cautiously optimistic that Arsenal fans will be able to stand in the everets. The Premier League has a rule which says fands must be located as close to the pitch as possible, and only one club doesn't comply - newcastle. But there's also an issue of safety with away fans who pay fixed prices for their tickets at home games. It would argue abe her arsenal. And i do defend this, because i think we have to think of ourselves in the round.
