Alternatives to Mental Health Services
Mental health is only sort of recently become a thing that we all are talking about and acknowledging as like, something that needs to be dealt with. One of the good things is that it's sort of like breaking, it's, mental health stigma is like reducing. But at what cost? Because there's like so much information and data sharing and like ads being directed more towards you because of this. So have some patience, really educate yourself, ask all of the questions that you want.
