Sleep plus plus does not give you any sort of silent alarm. I have my watch permanently on silent mode. So it doesn't make any noise. And I found that I can use the alarm app on my Apple watch and it will use the vibrations to wake me up at a set time. If you don't want to do all the fiddly stuff with something like auto sleep, sleep plus plus and then using the alarm app is great.
