The Future of Distributed Programming

In some ways, a multi-core system is not much different from a distributed system. Maybe there is a future where our programming models can bring the same level of what we have for concurrency like with Zio to the world of distributed programming. For you, once you know Scala and Monads and effect systems, then it's easy. For me, I'm still like looking at it going, how would I explain this to somebody? Yeah. I'm not there yet.
