The Key to Productivity Is Communication, Right?

The key is communication. You have to think about that as like a first class citizen. How do I communicate the intent of what I'm doing here? Whether it's with a piece of code or my efforts to teach someone about this code base, thinking about communication first and making that an intentional part of the process. If we can't have a product that we have clear communication and intent around, it becomes very hard to onboard new people. It becomes hard to maintain.
