In the new book the Song of Significance you wrote when you race to the bottom you see people as resources not as people. This made me think of the term that I hear when speak with leaders sometimes when they call people capital management or just human capital and it's a weird thing but this is like that management versus leadership part. Can you dig deeper into how management doesn't just exist it was actually invented which you go deep on again in the book? There's a lot to it about why management was created and then why leadership is so important.
