The Karmic Aspect of Meditation

With meditation you're working with what's called the karma or the karma. When we start to let go those tenses of self grasping or grasping onto an idea of who we are in all kinds of ways, it starts to change the way life happens. There's supposedly a level of conditioning that comes into operation when that is let go. That's called the dhamma, or the condition of reality is the way things actually are. So this is a little bit hard to understand, but at the same time, maybe you get a sense that there are these potentialities in our existence now that you can actually get a little bit of a taste of.
