Traders with very long time frames are going to be buying as it goes down. At a bottom, rit you got on bears selling down here and then it stops going down. And the bears who sold become disappointed by this. They hope it comes back down to this price so they can exit without loss. The start of every bull trend is mostly short covering. But at som thereare always slightly more buyers or slightly more sellers,. but there are always going o be buyers and sellers.
