Climbing Training Methods

The lattice test gives you a gauge of what you should be climbing. It's based off all aspects like flexibility strength, conditioning fingerboarding forearm strength and then it gives you a profile of you as a climber. They put that to loads of data which they've collected with other climbers and what they climb in their current grade and then it's puts it all together for them.
