Anti-Vaxor Pandemic

i spend a lot of time with the extreme, you know, the anti vacors, pets, a ga u and on. But i also wanted to talk about exactly this, this idea that we, even those of us who would pick up a book on social media and think of ourselves as kind of above it, are affected by it in ways that might not be as obvious. There's one study that i write about where they asked people in two groups, one group, keep using social media, and another group, dactivate facebook for four weeks. They were just happier because they weren't spending time on these platforms that do, in fact, make us miserable.
