There's very few places that a patient actually already far down the road with angina maybe flunk distress test or now we do a lot of CT scans to identify coronary blockage. A study in 2007 properly named and then people with symptoms abnormal stress tests that they could be watched before they went on to bypass or stents wasn't convincing enough for cardiologists. Many cardiologists are dedicating their lives to catholab work which if you're in the throes of a heart attack you want to be in a place that does all that does it well.
