The Systemic Significance of Community Banks

There are three different types of banks you can think about these like really global everybody admits they're systemically significant banks we got the really small community banks. Then we have a whole variety of banks that are in between size oftentimes called regionals but really they're very large banks and what we had here was a failure of two of those regionals. So part of the debate is our regionals are actually part of that systemically significant one is that we care about regionals or is there something about the broader climate the uncertainty in the climate the interest rate associated losses that are sitting on every single bank balance sheet? I don't know if they have an answer for that yet.
