Querying the State of a Saga

In a safe machine saga, you'd have an event in your saga. And now you can specify that it's read only so that it doesn't lock the data base. The most common use case is using requests to actually query the state of saga. I submit something, i want to check the state. Is my order accepted? Younow. Has my order been shipped yet? That's the most common one.
