I think most businesses in the world that are struggling with the notion of AI including financial services don't have a bedrock of quantitative systematic data platform. It's interesting for me to hear from you that even when you do have that, there is still work to be done to bring in these teams. I could imagine your latest greatest data science hire comes in and goes, "I want to share my code on GitHub" But we've solved the culture problem. It's just that new challenges arise.
