The Bleak Epilogue of the Vegetable Libel Laws

A second lawsuit was brought by a group of emu ranchers against Honda Motor Company, arising from a television commercial for the Honda Civic. A judge looked at it for like three minutes and was like, what no, get away. And then we can't have duck suing afflant. It's not going to happen. I don't think less of emus after this. I think the emus are fine. This group of geckos filed suit against Geico. What are we doing here? These things do pop up in various countries, but it hasn't really spread throughout the system.
