The Terms of the Deal?
The deal is essentially in agreement to have a cease fire at sea while the war goes on. It would envisige a creation of a humanitarian corridor so that cargo ships can get in and out of the port. The ucranians said they would not accept having any russian ships escorting the vessels. Ucranian pilots would take the ships through the mine field.
