Joe Biden's Not Senile, He's Just.

I've been covering him since 1995 and I've gone back to the stories. He was always, you know, always putting his foot in his mouth. But corrupt to the core is my thing. So wish them well, that's not Joe Biden's designated flaw. They can presumably keep going on and demonstrating him to be senile. That would be an easier door to push open than deciding that he's completely in command and hugely corrupt.
