The Four Day Work Week Was Beneficial for Employees

CNN's John Sutter looks at the benefits of a four day work week. The study found that employees reported less fatigue, sleep issues and stress levels were reduced. He says there was also an increase in company revenue over the six-month period. And he believes more studies should be done to see if this has any negative impact on companies.
