i think we can get extremely efficient and data driven on the surface, answering quest s that don't actually matter to building great products for end users. I would say that a lot of times when you do for us, we weren't a sash tool. And i think definitely, we had a scenario where we would do usability testing, and we would focus on the wrong group of people. So make sure you're asking the questions that really matter.
