In 2010, Ramsay got into a fight which left him with a head injury after he cracked his head on the concrete. He became more out of control, drank more, became angrier and got into trouble more. His father Daniel Scrivo passed away in May 2013 from a long old illness. Donna filed for legal guardianship of Ramsay at the same time as she applied for a needle first and foremost to make sure he takes his medication upon release.
