How to Set Habits for Success
At level five, I have a set of value statements that are built off of Maslow's hierarchy. And then I look at that and I say, okay, what's missing? What's not here? And that's my first prompt for, oh, well, then that should probably be a priority. The things that I need to do on a recurring basis over and over to get those goals or priorities met. So habits I have pulled into as a week like I have a recurring grouping of tasks,. weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, birthdays.
