How to Practice Eye Contact With Your Partner
Eye contact is incredibly uncomfortable for me and I know from your books how important it is. Here's what I suggest for people who are socially anxious and afraid. It's called outside meditation. This disrupts areas of the brain that allow for self-talk and for being self-conscious. You're not looking or interested in being looked at, you're looking. To me, it allows me to drown out the internal voices and voices that are taking me out of the moment. Wow, that's fascinating. I will be using that one personally.
