How Does the World Change if More People Have Access to This Knowledge?

I would love the foundation of a new american culture to be strong, ethical and responsible negotiation. I believe that it looks like people living better lives. And i think it looks like teams creating better products together. It looks like realizing potential rather than wasting it. That's what makes me excite about negotiation. The whole idea is that there's this potential hanging in the balance, and it could be discarded, or we could realize it. We're all trying to negotiate how to make ourselves better off with other people.
