In the short term and then long term obviously want to see parity there. It's a really hard number to get but anecdotally though I can tell you we see many many many more diverse founders women people of color underrepresented broadly speaking. In the early stage at accelerators and just more people who are starting company so this is a change that's going to take decades I think to. To kind of get the crank on because it's like we said the large amounts of money. Come to the later stage companies and that means. You would need to look at the number of deals not the dollars to really get a more accurate. Representation of what's happening I think.
