One thing i really appreciate about your firm is the diversity of bets you've made. There's lots of companies, if noffs most companies, that i don't think you'd want to go to market that way. I think you'd rather think about how you then offer a super user, or somebody that's engaged, but have a lighter, more light-hearted vibe.
