How to Set Small Goals That Increase Self Efficacy

Chunking is going fundamental to any one, but particularly to people with a d h d. What that means is you set a small, attainable goal. And so that goal could be, get up a half hour early. Or it could be, if you have something that you want to do, i'm going to spend 15 minutes previewing this assignment or project  and at least i will now have a map of what needs to be done. We increase our self efficacy when we achieve a goal.
