With some well placed mirrors and a good light source, you can teleport something from one universe to another. This does not work in real life or at least we haven't gotten good enough at something like this to actually make it work. What makes this work in the conception of our understanding of the setting is that one line where he's talking about imagine a toy airplane being effect simile of a real airplane.
