Is Iterating the Right Way?
If you adopt Amazon's culture, you need to be willing to accept some big failures. Large companies ossify because they become risk-averse and are focused on a substantial revenue stream. You have to go out of your way to create a culture where failure is acceptable. Even in early 2000s in Amazon, what I was working on digital media, there was institutional resistance to it.
