The Maple Syrup-Highst Operation

The maple syrup-highst operation began in August of 2011, only a month or so after the federation rented that warehouse space to store excess syrup. To avoid suspicion, Avique Caron rented his own separate space in the warehouse for his crew to use as a decoy. The crew would show up at the warehouse with a tractor trailer, which they then loaded with barrels of maple syrup. Richard Valier arranged a small network of trusted contacts, truckers, transporters and exporters to help transport the syrup out of Quebec.
