It's got to be homemade with some homemade dravie right out of the the cast iron skillet too yeah i can't eat those anymore i don't but my grandmother used to make them you know it was like browned butter and whatever meat juices or whatever it was. There are some ancient grain varieties that seem to really do better with a lot of people like uh inkorn this one that's i think even the oldest grain i tried i couldn't do it didn't do it really unfortunately. Have you have you tried sourdough stuff like real sourdough? I feel like they still affect me umYeah at this point i just  can’t do gluten anymore Yeah
