Is the Fermentation Process in North America Strange?
The only food that i'd ever not taken a bite of while travelling was a dish of rotten fish heads in kamchatka. I did not try m at the time because of the smell. Theres seen a rotting and fermenting and preserving sort of brought to thits very pungent art in the ar i especially in eurasia, but also in north america. There's everything from stinky fish heads, as they call it, to stinky beaver tail and stinky a seal slipper - which are delicacis in certain parts of alaska. And i have no problem wit those body parts. But sometimes the fermentation process can bea very daunting.
