The Shapiro's Critique of Positivism
The Shapiro summarizes the early Dorkin critique of positivism and then the later critique, which I think is in hard cases. It's just that hard cases gives more of what Dorkin's positive account. Lighter: Am I wrong to see Dorkin as making it a kind of a fundamentalist critique of heart or accusing heart that effectively your position descends into a kind of relativism?
