Building From Scratch

Nupa uses an algorithm called flash to determine what type of building and product we're going to design. We look at these buildings and we say, well, if this looks like it could be a viable office again, we're probably not going to be the winner. I don't think a lot of people are seeing great demand for office today. And then you have to decide, like, is it convertible at all? And by what price does it make sense to be convertible?
