The Modern Constitution Does Not Enable Equality of Perspective

The modern constitution doesn't provide a mechanism for acknowledgment or equality of perspective from all the participants. The benefits of the scale and the change that's made possible by the modern constitution, are not evenly distributed in that sense. We don't want to use that same mechanism, because we'll be unable to escape creating objects out of some portion of society. There are going to be people left out in the way that this process unfolds, right?
