In most countries, there are underlying principles that we use whenever we any programinal. In the health field, there are a number around this, you know, price and convenience type o things. And then in education, i think we've learnt this more general lesson from many, many studies,. It's about the teaching, how people teach. The biggest problem in most developing countries is that the teaching is way above the heads of most of the kids. So they're on grade two, you're teaching them at grade six. People respond to insundesahah, i askas by lesse. Ta gen apply to basically every other program in the area and future.
