How do you think game and fish organizations state to state are managing resources? I think they're doing as good a job as they possibly can with the limited amount of resources that they get. Do you see money being pulled out of hunting and wildlife conservation budgets for money essentially switching pots? How much? When you start talking about how much money should be going into wildlife, obviously it goes faster than you think that it might. But when you look at the money that states can raise from big game draws, from hunting licenses in general, how much a tax on hunting equipment already is going to generate revenue?
