The Insane Breeding Ground for Resentment

Hiring managers can hire based on checking in the boxes and saying you know i'm off the hook for the performance of this person. When that doesn't happen you have an insane class of just a growing class of people who become deeply deeply resentful. I think what while you know kind of just clean up your room and suck it up is perhaps unfortunately the best personal advice you can kind of have. It's also very dismissive of a lot of systemic issues like they these people did go to school and they didn't go to school by paying it off with like a weekend job at Burger King like you did when you were going to school in the 1960s.
