I wish I'd listened to something like this beforehand, just to be aware of it. The sound of someone being sick is traumatic, not talking about it. Susie Verrill's partner who did, who suffered with H.B. and had three kids, a hero to her. She does an amazing video where she does it like, follows herself with it for a week.
