What's Up With the Share Taxi?
I find that the more we try and centralize the problem, the worse we make it. We have not figured out who are the local stake holders right? And who are the interest groups that are really strong coalitions? So i thinki shoudnot go to background. That is what is happening. I've just finished writing a paper on impact of covin 19 on taxe drivers in chelong,. It has been pretty bad.
