Consistency Is the Key to Getting Results
Make a plan for what it is you're going to start shopping for, what things you'd like to eat for the rest of the week. If there's something you you really want, then buy it, then get it, then eat it on less than desirable meal. One less an desirable day of eating is not going to destroy your results.
