How to Diagnose a Red Eye in Primary Care
Dr. G: I hope all of our consultants are as friendly and as happy to receive our consults as you are. So one of the big ones is like someone comes to us with a red eye. Nine times out of 10 that's going to be blepharitis. Another complaints, another big one is itching. That is also 95% of the time going to be allergy. You got to explain that vision loss has been caused by dry eye issues or intraocular inflammation.
